Job Summary
The Account Manager – Infrastructure Business Continuity Management Systems (I-BCMS) is responsible for driving business growth through strategic account management, client retention, and new business development. The role focuses on promoting Afrocentric IP’s Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Infrastructure, and Resilience solutions while building long-term enterprise client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Grow and manage an assigned portfolio of enterprise clients.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Develop new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular customer reviews and meetings.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Solution Selling
Promote solutions including:
- Business Continuity Management (BCM)
- Disaster Recovery (DRaaS)
- Backup as a Service (BaaS)
- Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
- Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
- Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP)
- Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
- Operational Resilience
Collaboration & Reporting
- Maintain an accurate Salesforce CRM pipeline.
- Prepare sales forecasts and account reports.
- Work closely with technical, consulting, and service delivery teams.
- Participate in customer events and industry networking.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 7+ years of Enterprise Account Management or ICT Sales experience.
- Proven experience selling Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Infrastructure, or Managed Services solutions.
- Strong solution selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM.
- CBCI/MBCI and vendor certifications are advantageous.
