Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows and basic server environments
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Relevant IT certification (CompTIA A+, N+, or similar) is advantageous
